Great, simple and easy to use, except haven\'t been able to load a dxf file yet and the layer dialog box does not display correctly ie difficult to see layer list (using XP).

Why PowerCAD alike with MS Visio? Although it is a cool software, I do not like the coordinate system which is in page space. I am looking for one which uses real 1:1 scale like AutoCAD. Powercad is cool but I cannot handle to make coordinate transformation to fit it in the page. Not Satisfied. Free inspector text does work as advertised. However I'm un-installing this freeware as imbedded pop -ups do not allow the user to freely use this product without pop-ups and keying in characters before one is allowed to proceed.

Trial for Work I used this on my personal machine to trial it for business purposes and was immedately impressed. Will suggest we purcase this for the business.

Technical Issues for this program. The only reason I have rated Interface, Features, Ease of Use and Price/Value at POOR, is that the program did not open. I loaded the program and I got a window saying that I have 27 launches left, I hit open and I get a window saying please restart for Flash Player 6+, I got the launch window again but when I hit open the window disapeared and nothing happened, I wish I could review this better but I'm afraid I was not able to see the program actually running. Trying out the e-PDF To Text Converter I downloaded this app and put it to the test with a simple two-sided three-fold brochure in its pdf form. The content was translated into text, RTF, JPGs, TIFFs, URLs (seemingly connected to PDF type faces) and some unknown category labeled "Inflated". These files were deposited neatly into appropriately-named directories. The PDF was distilled, in this manner, less than a minute. The text was then ready to be copy-n-pasted into other documents (in THIS case, a html version). Comment: e-PDF To Text Whether its possible to extract coordinate data from this converter. I mean to say, whether it is possible to get the position of each and every word on the particular page as well as the left margin and right margin value of each and every word through this converter. If not, is there any software is gettable to fulfill all the requirements.

Sadly it appears to be MS only. It would be nice to make this clearer. Apple's textutil program seems to have stopped allowing conversion of PDF to text.

need command line interface I need a command line interface for what i am trying to accomplish, and i was unable to determine if your pdf2text had one (no documentation, and the tool behaved the same whether parameters were passed on the command line or not -- a GUI popup appears). That being the case, this tool is not helpful for my specific task.
